Wildlife Matters is working for the benefit of wildlife and nature.
Through the Wildlife Matters Podcast, we have developed a community of Nature lovers that proactively campaign for change to stamp out wildlife persecution and the devastation of the natural world.
We create projects that deliver tangible benefits for wildlife and habitats by targeting our funding at crucial vital areas to maximise the short and longer-term benefits.
Wildlife Matters will focus on the stunning and vast wildlife in our native UK. However, we can’t ignore the persecution and exploitation of animals wherever it takes place in the world.
We oppose using animals for their fur, teeth, and bones or using animals for entertainment or experiments. There is. There is no place for animals in so-called traditional medicine. Most medicine is derived from nature, mainly plants, and is based on science.
Extinction is finite. There is no coming back, so we must take action NOW.
We cannot continue to pump carbon into our atmosphere and pollute the air and water we all need to survive. We must end the deforestation of our planet, choking it and ourselves. Stop polluting our water with excrement and industrial waste. End the routine of spraying our food crops with pesticides and herbicides. And constantly pushing wildlife out of their homes and ever closer to the edge of extinction.
Our lifestyles, in the Western world at least, are unsustainable. We must recognise this and work together to rewild the planet and stop acidifying our oceans whilst destroying our flora and fauna.
Wildlife Matters exists to expose and highlight the wilful destruction of our planet’s natural climate and biodiversity or the persecution of the wildlife and animals we share it with.
So what are we doing?
Together, we can build a better future for our planet. The Wildlife Matters Podcast has created a dedicated community working collaboratively and taking direct action towards a sustainable vision for our shared world.
By working together we can create meaningful change. Change will have a lasting impact on the environment and the well-being of all living creatures. Let’s act before it’s too late – our planet depends on it.
